Jeannine van Reeken-van Wee is senior economist and data-scientist at Group Economics of ABN AMRO Bank.
Jeannine is part of the Economics Netherlands Team, focusing on analyzing transaction data for macroeconomic or policy-related matters.
Her career began as a research professional at the University of Chicago, where she worked in an economic research team led by Prof. Dr. Steve Levitt. She then moved to the private sector as data scientist at Capgemini. Within ABN AMRO Bank she worked at Consumer Credits and Mortgages.
Jeannine holds degrees in both economics and law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Currently, she is pursuing a part-time PhD in applied microeconomics with macro and policy implications at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
