Description

Besides making our bank more future-fit, an agile way of working benefits employees: it gives them more autonomy and end-to-end responsibility and creates an environment in which innovation and co-creation is nurtured. And that, in turn, increases job satisfaction.

Value created

  • We are eliminating duplicate work in our control and support activities and reducing the number of layers bank-wide. 
  • One hundred multidisciplinary teams and 1,000 employees across the bank are already working according to agile principles.
