Your role

As Director Marketing, Data & Analytics you play an essential role in how Private Banking is perceived by our (potential) clients. You have an intrinsic drive to put our clients' needs first and are able to do this by formulating a clear vision on all areas of the Centre of Expertise "Marketing, Data & Analytics"; 
1) customer segment
2) client journey
3) digital design & content
4) data analytics
As Director of the Centre of Expertise you are overall responsible for the client relationship model and the Private Banking experience. To be successful in your role, you enjoy working for and with our clients, you recognize and acknowledge their needs and you are able to translate these needs into attractive propositions that lead to more business. You get excited by data that will enable you to monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns and give you insights on clients' needs and wants. You seek opportunities to enhance digital channels via digital marketing for e-commerce purposes that will better serve the clients.

The Centre of Expertise "MDA", a group of highly skilled professionals in their field, that is responsible for enticing our (potential) clients to make full use of our private banking services and allowing them to experience a positive customer experience for a lasting loyal clients relationship.This is achieved through the development of attractive value propositions, the creation of optimal customer journeys and pro-active relevant expert advise & content. We strive for meaningful dialogues woth our clients and therefore have the ambition to further facilitate personalisation through all channels. Advanced Analytics & Data is an indispensible capability that Private Banking will fully develop in the coming years. 

Your profile
As Director Marketing, Data & Analytics you are a thought leader in the field of marketing, data and analytics and will shape the MDA strategy within the overall strategy of Private Banking. In this role you will have a lot of different stakeholders and the environment is very complex and dynamic. Therefore you will need to have a clear vision, have in-depth knowledge and preferably also have experience in complex organisations that are relying heavily on data driven marketing. You will have  a leading role in the implementation of Private Banking wide marketing & data standards and at the same time be the driving force for the digital data transformation.Do you think you are a fit?   • You have a Master's degree
  • You have at least 12 years of experience in the field of Marketing, e-Commerce and Digital
  • You have relevant managerial experience in leading and building teams
  • You get excited by aligning and interacting with different stakeholders, both internal as well as external
  • You aim to add value to clients, in everything you do
  • You recognise and appreciate the value that other colleagues add to exceed clients needs

Selection Process

The vacancy will close after January 31st. After this we will make a first selection based on CV and motivation letter to invite applicants for the interivews. The process will conduct of several interviews and potentially a development assessment. More information will be shared with you if you are invited for a first interview.
