Your job

> Create financial analysis of client's current and future capital structure and design tailored, product agnostic advice 
> Be a key part of the committed value-add chain that makes our bank different and client focused
> Prepare and coordinate presentations with integrated (multi) product approach
> Create complex financial forecasts, credit rating impact, merger & acquisition and valuation models
> Support transaction origination and execution by continuous dialogue with relationship bankers, and product departments including Sector teams, ECM, Loans and DCM 

Your working environment

> The Corporate Finance department of C&IB consists of six Sector teams and a Capital Structuring and Advisory (CSA) team, based at the HQ of ABN AMRO in Amsterdam. 
> The team consists of 11 permanent members and 8-10 poolers and interns
> We are professional, highly committed, keen to make a difference but also fun loving and informal
> We are committed to developing our people into highly valued financial professionals by working together as a team and focusing on continually improving ourselves and our work
> The mood of the team is to "get the job done!", "make a difference!" and "Go for it!". We are not hierarchical, political or have a 9-5 mentality

Your profile

> Master degree with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem solving
> Understanding and interest in financial matters, macro-economics, credit and structuring
> Affinity for client-facing roles
> Excellent interpersonal skills. Team player and effective stakeholder manager
> Fluent in English reading and writing
> Efficient, analytical, creative and committed
> 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a related field
